Kia Uvo App Not Working

Can someone throw off the update file? My wife uses the kia uvo android app on her phone and it also doesn't communicate with the vehicle.

Turns out your solution was really close. Try deleting the phone app, (or at least forcing it closed) and reinstall (or reopen). So in summary, you create the driver profile etc etc as you get your new car, then go to uvo and activate the app/uvo (gets email/code etc), then go back to your driver profile and link which send another code to your phone.
